Abstract:

This paper discusses the growing role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in transforming the educational landscape, highlighting both its opportunities and ethical challenges. The integration of AI technologies (such as adaptive learning systems, automated assessment tools, and virtual tutoring) has enhanced personalization, accessibility, and efficiency in teaching and learning. However, ethical concerns related to data privacy, algorithmic bias, and the potential dehumanization of education remain critical. The study employs a qualitative analytical approach to examine educators’ perspectives across Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and Tunisia. Findings reveal optimism toward AI’s potential in improving learning outcomes, alongside apprehension regarding its ethical implications and the need for policy regulation. The research concludes that adopting AI in education requires a balanced framework that promotes innovation while safeguarding ethical standards and human-centered values in the learning process.

يناقش هذا البحث الدور المتنامي للذكاء الاصطناعي في إحداث تحول جذري في المنظومة التعليمية، مع تسليط الضوء على الفرص والتحديات الأخلاقية المصاحبة له. فقد ساهم دمج تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي (مثل أنظمة التعلم التكيفي، وأدوات التقييم الآلي، والمساعدات الافتراضية) في تعزيز التخصيص وإتاحة فرص التعلم وتحسين الكفاءة التعليمية. ومع ذلك، تظل القضايا الأخلاقية المتعلقة بخصوصية البيانات، والانحياز الخوارزمي، وخطر فقدان الطابع الإنساني للتعليم مثارًا للجدل. اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج التحليلي النوعي لاستطلاع آراء التربويين في السعودية والأردن وتونس، وكشفت النتائج عن تفاؤل واضح تجاه دور الذكاء الاصطناعي في تحسين مخرجات التعلم، يقابله قلق من آثاره الأخلاقية والحاجة إلى تنظيمات تشريعية ضابطة. وتخلص الدراسة إلى أن توظيف الذكاء الاصطناعي في التعليم يستلزم إطارًا متوازنًا يضمن الابتكار دون المساس بالقيم الإنسانية والأخلاقية
