Abstract:
| This study examines the relationship between educational leadership and school innovation as key drivers for achieving sustainable development goals (SDGs) in education. The paper highlights how visionary school leaders foster innovation by creating supportive environments that encourage creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement among teachers and students. The research was conducted across schools in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Morocco using a mixed-method approach combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews. Results revealed that transformational leadership styles significantly enhance school innovation, promoting sustainable learning practices and institutional resilience. The study concludes that educational leadership is a cornerstone for driving school-based innovation aligned with global sustainability goals, recommending the integration of leadership development programs into national education reform strategies. |
| الملخص تبحث هذه الدراسة العلاقة بين القيادة التربوية والابتكار المدرسي بوصفهما محركين أساسيين لتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة في التعليم. يبرز البحث دور القادة التربويين ذوي الرؤية في تعزيز ثقافة الابتكار من خلال توفير بيئة داعمة تشجع الإبداع والتعاون والتحسين المستمر بين المعلمين والطلبة. أُجريت الدراسة في عدد من المدارس في السعودية وقطر والمغرب باستخدام منهج مختلط يجمع بين الاستبيانات الكمية والمقابلات النوعية. أظهرت النتائج أن أنماط القيادة التحويلية تسهم بشكل كبير في تعزيز الابتكار المدرسي وتطوير ممارسات تعليمية مستدامة قادرة على التكيف مع المتغيرات. وتخلص الدراسة إلى أن القيادة التربوية تمثل حجر الأساس في دفع الابتكار المدرسي بما يتوافق مع أهداف التنمية المستدامة العالمية، وتوصي بإدماج برامج إعداد القادة ضمن خطط إصلاح التعليم الوطنية |
