Peer Review Process
This journal adopts a double-anonymous peer review approach, ensuring that both the authors’ and reviewers’ identities remain confidential throughout the evaluation process. Reviewers are carefully selected to align their expertise with the subject matter of each submitted manuscript. The review process emphasizes thorough and thoughtful engagement with the content, delivering constructive, evidence-based feedback that enhances the manuscript’s quality and contributes meaningfully to the body of knowledge in the field.
Author Guidelines
- Manuscript Submission
- Manuscripts must represent original, unpublished work, not under review elsewhere.
- Authors are required to clearly state any use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools in the research process (e.g., for data analysis, image generation, coding assistance, or text drafting). The purpose and extent of AI usage must be transparently declared in the manuscript.
- Manuscript Structure
A submission should include:- Title Page (title, authors, affiliations, corresponding author details).
- Abstract (150–250 words) and Keywords (3–6).
- Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and References.
- AI Disclosure Statement (mandatory): Authors must indicate whether AI tools were used, specify the tools, and describe how they were applied.
- Figures and Tables
- Figures and tables should be original or properly credited with permissions.
- If AI-assisted image or graph generation is used, this must be disclosed.
- Plagiarism & Integrity
- All submissions will be screened using plagiarism detection software.
- Fabrication, falsification, or undisclosed AI-generated content is strictly prohibited.
- Review Process
- Submissions undergo an initial editorial assessment, followed by a double-anonymous peer review.
- Authors may be requested to revise their manuscripts before final acceptance.
Ethics Statement
The Universal Journal of Future Intelligence: Innovations and Artificial Intelligence (UJFIIAI) is committed to the highest ethical publishing standards in line with COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines.
- Authors’ Responsibilities
- Ensure originality and proper attribution of all sources.
- Disclose clearly the role of AI tools in any stage of research or manuscript preparation.
- Accept accountability for the integrity and accuracy of all reported results.
- Reviewers’ Responsibilities
- Provide constructive, unbiased, and timely evaluations.
- Maintain confidentiality and avoid conflicts of interest.
- Editors’ Responsibilities
- Guarantee fair editorial decisions based solely on scholarly merit.
- Ensure transparency regarding AI-related ethical concerns.
- AI Usage in Research
- Authors must explicitly state if AI tools were used in drafting, data processing, statistical modeling, or visualization.
- AI cannot be listed as an author. Responsibility for the content rests entirely with human authors.
- Failure to disclose AI usage may result in rejection or retraction of the manuscript.
