The International Journal of Pedagogy and Professional Human Development Insights (IJPPHDI) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of scholarly publishing through transparent, independent, and ethical editorial practices. Editorial Independence

Editorial decisions are made independently by the Editor-in-Chief and the Editorial Board without interference from the publisher, sponsors, authors, institutions, or any external parties.

Acceptance, revision, rejection, correction, or retraction decisions are based solely on:

  • Relevance to the journal’s aims and scope.

Commercial, financial, political, or personal interests shall not influence editorial decisions.


Plagiarism Policy

The journal maintains a strict policy against plagiarism and all forms of academic misconduct.

All manuscripts are subject to plagiarism screening prior to peer review.

The following practices are considered unacceptable:

Conflict of Interest Policy

Authors

Authors must disclose any financial, professional, institutional, or personal relationships that could influence the interpretation of their research.

Reviewers

Reviewers must decline review assignments if they have conflicts that could compromise their impartiality.

Editors

Corrections and Retractions Policy

The journal is committed to preserving the integrity of the scholarly record.

When significant errors or ethical concerns are identified, the journal may issue:

Correction

Published when minor errors are identified that do not invalidate the research findings.

Retraction

Published when substantial errors, research misconduct, plagiarism, data falsification, or unethical practices are confirmed.

Expression of Concern

Published when an investigation is ongoing and sufficient evidence exists to raise concerns regarding the reliability of a publication.

Retraction notices will remain permanently linked to the original article to ensure transparency.


Research Integrity

The journal expects all participants in the publication process to uphold the principles of:

  • Respect for intellectual property.
  • Responsible conduct of research.

Any allegation of research misconduct will be investigated in accordance with internationally accepted ethical standards.


Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

The journal supports responsible and transparent use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools.

Authors must disclose the use of AI technologies in any aspect of the research or manuscript preparation process.

AI systems:

  • Cannot be listed as authors.
  • Cannot assume responsibility for published work.
  • Must be acknowledged when they contribute to content generation, analysis, coding, visualization, or language editing.

Human authors remain fully responsible for all submitted and published content.

The Editorial Board periodically reviews and updates these policies to ensure alignment with international best practices in scholarly publishing and research ethics.
