المجلة العالمية للذكاء المستقبلي: الابتكارات والذكاء الاصطناعي

The Universal Journal of Future Intelligence: Innovations and Artificial Intelligence (UJFIIAI) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of scholarly publishing through a rigorous, transparent, and unbiased peer-review process. The journal seeks to ensure the publication of high-quality research that advances knowledge in artificial intelligence, intelligent systems, emerging technologies, and future-oriented innovations.

Review Model

UJFIIAI follows a Double-Blind Peer Review process, whereby the identities of both authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the review process.

This model promotes fairness, objectivity, and academic integrity while minimizing potential bias.

Initial Editorial Screening

Upon submission, manuscripts undergo an initial assessment by the Editorial Office and the Editor-in-Chief to evaluate:

  • Relevance to the journal’s aims and scope.
  • Originality and innovation.
  • Academic quality and scientific contribution.
  • Compliance with submission guidelines.
  • Ethical and research integrity standards.

Manuscripts that do not meet these requirements may be rejected without external review.

External Peer Review

Manuscripts that successfully pass the initial screening are assigned to at least two independent reviewers with expertise in the relevant field.

Reviewers assess manuscripts based on:

  • Originality and novelty.
  • Scientific and technical rigor.
  • Relevance to artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.
  • Methodological validity.
  • Quality of analysis and interpretation.
  • Practical and theoretical contributions.
  • Clarity, organization, and presentation.
  • Compliance with ethical standards.

Artificial Intelligence Research Evaluation

For studies involving artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, or intelligent systems, reviewers may additionally evaluate:

  • Transparency of algorithms and methodologies.
  • Adequacy of datasets and data sources.
  • Reproducibility of results.
  • Model validation and performance evaluation.
  • Ethical implications and responsible AI considerations.
  • Bias, fairness, accountability, and explainability where applicable.

Authors are encouraged to provide sufficient methodological detail to support transparency and reproducibility.

Editorial Decisions

Based on reviewers’ reports and recommendations, the Editor-in-Chief may make one of the following decisions:

  • Accept without revisions.
  • Accept with minor revisions.
  • Request major revisions.
  • Reject the manuscript.

The final publication decision rests solely with the Editor-in-Chief and the Editorial Board.

Revision Process

Authors receiving revision requests are expected to:

  • Submit a revised manuscript.
  • Provide a detailed response to reviewer comments.
  • Clearly indicate all modifications made.

Revised manuscripts may be returned to reviewers for further evaluation when necessary.

Review Timeline

The journal aims to provide a timely review process.

Typical review stages include:

  • Initial editorial screening: 1–2 weeks.
  • Peer review: 3–6 weeks.
  • Final editorial decision: 1–2 weeks after reviewer reports are received.

Actual timelines may vary depending on manuscript complexity and reviewer availability.

Confidentiality

All manuscripts, reviewer reports, editorial communications, and supplementary materials are treated as confidential documents.

Reviewers and editors must not disclose, share, or use unpublished information obtained through the review process for personal, academic, or commercial advantage.

Conflict of Interest

Editors and reviewers must disclose any actual or potential conflicts of interest that could affect their objectivity.

When conflicts are identified, alternative reviewers or editors will be assigned.

Ethical Standards

All participants in the peer-review process are expected to adhere to internationally recognized standards of publication ethics, transparency, integrity, and professional conduct.

The journal reserves the right to investigate concerns regarding:

  • Plagiarism.
  • Data fabrication or falsification.
  • Duplicate publication.
  • Misrepresentation of authorship.
  • Undisclosed AI-generated content.
  • Unethical research practices.

Commitment to Excellence

Through its peer-review system, UJFIIAI seeks to publish impactful and forward-looking research that advances artificial intelligence, intelligent technologies, digital innovation, and future intelligence systems while promoting responsible and ethical technological development.
