Abstract:
| This study examines the critical role of educational leadership in improving school performance and student achievement. Effective school leaders influence not only administrative efficiency but also the overall teaching and learning environment. The research utilized a mixed-method approach, combining surveys of 200 teachers and interviews with 20 school principals across the United Arab Emirates, Egypt, and Canada. Findings revealed that schools led by transformational leaders demonstrated higher teacher satisfaction, collaborative culture, and student performance levels. The study emphasizes that leadership focused on empowerment, shared vision, and professional trust fosters sustainable educational excellence. It concludes with recommendations for developing leadership training programs centered on instructional innovation and team motivation. |
| الملخص تتناول هذه الدراسة الدور المحوري للقيادة التربوية في تحسين أداء المدارس ورفع مستوى تحصيل الطلبة. تؤثر القيادة الفعالة في المدرسة ليس فقط على الكفاءة الإدارية، بل أيضًا على جودة بيئة التعليم والتعلم. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج المختلط من خلال استبانات شملت 200 معلم ومقابلات مع 20 مدير مدرسة في الإمارات ومصر وكندا. أظهرت النتائج أن المدارس التي يقودها مديرون ذوو أسلوب قيادي تحويلي تحقق مستويات أعلى من رضا المعلمين وثقافة التعاون والتحصيل الأكاديمي للطلبة. تؤكد الدراسة أن القيادة القائمة على التمكين والرؤية المشتركة والثقة المهنية تسهم في تحقيق التميز التعليمي المستدام. وتوصي بتصميم برامج تدريب قيادي تركّز على الابتكار التدريسي وتحفيز فرق العمل |
