Authors’ Responsibilities
Authors submitting manuscripts to the journal must:

- Ensure that all listed authors have made significant contributions to the work.
- Disclose any financial, institutional, or personal conflicts of interest.

- Promptly notify the journal of any significant errors discovered after submission or publication.
Authors are fully responsible for the accuracy, authenticity, and integrity of the content they submit.
Reviewers’ Responsibilities
Reviewers play a vital role in maintaining the quality of published research and are expected to:
- Conduct reviews objectively, fairly, and constructively.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding submitted manuscripts.
- Evaluate manuscripts solely on academic merit.
- Identify relevant published work that has not been cited.
- Declare any conflicts of interest that could affect their judgment.
- Complete reviews within the agreed timeframe whenever possible.
Reviewers must not use unpublished information obtained through peer review for personal advantage.
Editors’ Responsibilities
Editors are responsible for ensuring a fair, transparent, and independent editorial process. Editors shall:
- Make publication decisions based solely on scholarly merit.
- Maintain confidentiality throughout the review and publication process.
- Ensure that all submissions are evaluated without discrimination.
- Address allegations of research misconduct when necessary.

Editorial decisions are independent of the publisher and are based exclusively on the scientific quality and relevance of the manuscript.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Research Integrity
The journal supports the responsible and transparent use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies in research and manuscript preparation.
Authors must disclose any use of AI tools, including but not limited to:
- Text generation or language editing.
- Data analysis and interpretation.
- Statistical modeling.
- Coding assistance.
- Image, figure, or graphical content generation.
AI tools cannot be listed as authors because they cannot assume responsibility for published work. Human authors remain fully accountable for all content submitted to the journal.
Failure to disclose significant AI involvement may result in manuscript rejection, correction, or retraction.
Plagiarism and Academic Misconduct
The journal has a zero-tolerance policy toward academic misconduct, including:
- Plagiarism.
- Data fabrication.
- Data falsification.
- Duplicate publication.
- Citation manipulation.
- Undisclosed use of AI-generated content presented as original scholarly work.
All manuscripts may be screened using plagiarism-detection software before peer review.
Corrections and Retractions
When errors, ethical concerns, or research misconduct are identified, the journal may publish:
- Corrections.
- Expressions of concern.
- Retractions.
Such actions will be undertaken in accordance with recognized publishing ethics standards to preserve the integrity of the academic record.
Conflict of Interest
Authors, reviewers, and editors must disclose any relationships or circumstances that could influence, or appear to influence, the publication process.
Conflicts of interest may include financial, institutional, professional, or personal relationships.
