Article Processing Charges (APC)

At present, the journal does not charge any fees for:

  • Manuscript submission.
  • Initial editorial assessment.
  • Peer review.
  • Article processing.
  • Online publication.
  • Access to published articles.

Authors may submit manuscripts and publish accepted articles free of charge.

Future Fee Changes

Should publication fees be introduced or modified in the future, the journal will announce any changes on its official website prior to their implementation.

Waiver Policy

If publication fees are introduced in the future, waiver or discount options may be considered for authors from low-income countries or in exceptional circumstances, subject to Editorial Board approval.

Transparency

Any applicable publication charges will be clearly stated before manuscript submission. The journal will not impose hidden fees at any stage of the publication process.

Open Access Commitment

The absence of publication fees does not affect the quality of the editorial process. All submissions undergo the same editorial assessment and double-blind peer review procedures according to the journal’s academic standards.
