The International Journal of Digital Accounting and Fintech Sustainability (IJDAFS) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics, research integrity, transparency, and professional conduct. The journal expects authors, reviewers, editors, and all participants in the publication process to adhere to internationally recognized ethical principles and best practices in scholarly publishing.

Authors’ Responsibilities
Authors submitting manuscripts to IJDAFS are expected to:

- Properly acknowledge and cite all sources used in the research.

- Ensure that all listed authors have made substantial contributions to the research.
- Notify the journal promptly if significant errors are discovered after submission or publication.
Authors bear full responsibility for the content of their manuscripts.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) Disclosure
The journal supports the responsible and transparent use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies in research and manuscript preparation.
Authors must clearly disclose any use of AI tools for:
- Data analysis and processing.
- Statistical modeling.
- Coding and software development.
- Language editing or text generation.
- Image, chart, graph, or visualization creation.
- Research assistance and information organization.
AI systems or tools cannot be listed as authors because they cannot assume responsibility for scholarly work.
Human authors remain fully accountable for the accuracy, originality, and integrity of all submitted content.
Failure to disclose significant AI involvement may result in manuscript rejection, correction, or retraction.
Reviewers’ Responsibilities
Reviewers are expected to:
- Conduct objective, constructive, and unbiased evaluations.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all submitted manuscripts.
- Evaluate submissions solely on scholarly merit.
- Identify relevant published research that has not been cited.
- Declare any actual or potential conflicts of interest.
- Complete reviews within a reasonable timeframe.
Reviewers must not use unpublished information obtained during the review process for personal, academic, or commercial advantage.
Editors’ Responsibilities
Editors are responsible for:
- Making fair and independent editorial decisions.
- Ensuring a rigorous and transparent peer-review process.
- Maintaining confidentiality throughout the review and publication process.
- Evaluating manuscripts without discrimination based on nationality, gender, institutional affiliation, religious belief, or political opinion.
- Addressing allegations of research misconduct when necessary.

Editorial decisions are based solely on academic merit, originality, significance, and relevance to the journal’s scope.
Plagiarism and Academic Misconduct
The journal maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward academic misconduct.

Potential conflicts may include:
- Financial interests.
- Employment relationships.

- Personal or professional relationships.
All disclosures will be handled confidentially and considered during editorial decision-making.
Corrections, Retractions, and Expressions of Concern
The journal is committed to maintaining the integrity of the academic record.
Where necessary, the journal may publish:

For minor errors that do not invalidate the findings of the research.
Retractions
For cases involving serious errors, plagiarism, data fabrication, unethical conduct, or unreliable findings.
Expressions of Concern
When an investigation is ongoing and substantial concerns exist regarding a published article.
Any correction or retraction notice will remain permanently linked to the original publication.
Confidentiality
