The Universal Journal of Green Human Resources and Sustainable Humanities (UJGHRSH) welcomes original scholarly contributions that advance knowledge in green human resource management, sustainability studies, social sciences, humanities, organizational development, environmental responsibility, and related interdisciplinary fields.

Authors are encouraged to submit high-quality research that contributes to theory, practice, policy development, and sustainable societal transformation.


Manuscript Submission

Submitted manuscripts must:

  • Represent original and unpublished work.
  • Not be under consideration by another journal or publisher.
  • Be written in clear and professional academic language.
  • Fall within the journal’s aims and scope.
  • Comply with the journal’s ethical and formatting requirements.

Authors are responsible for the accuracy, originality, and integrity of their submissions.

Submission of a manuscript indicates that all listed authors have approved the manuscript and agree with its submission to the journal.


Types of Contributions

The journal accepts:

  • Original Research Articles.
  • Review Articles.
  • Conceptual and Theoretical Papers.
  • Case Studies.
  • Policy Analyses.
  • Book Reviews.
  • Short Communications.
  • Interdisciplinary Research Papers.

Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

The journal supports the responsible and transparent use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in research and manuscript preparation.

Authors must disclose any use of AI technologies, including but not limited to:

  • Data analysis and interpretation.
  • Statistical processing.
  • Language editing or text generation.
  • Coding and software assistance.
  • Literature organization and synthesis.
  • Image, figure, chart, or graphical content generation.

A clear AI Disclosure Statement must be included in the manuscript when AI tools have been used.

Human authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, and integrity of all submitted content.

AI systems cannot be listed as authors.


Manuscript Structure

Manuscripts should normally contain the following sections:

Title Page

  • Full title of the manuscript.
  • Author(s) name(s).
  • Institutional affiliation(s).
  • ORCID identifier(s) (where available).
  • Corresponding author details.

Abstract

  • Between 150 and 250 words.
  • Clearly summarize the purpose, methodology, findings, and significance of the study.

Keywords

  • Three to six keywords relevant to the manuscript.

Main Text

The manuscript should generally include:

  • Introduction.
  • Literature Review.
  • Methodology.
  • Results.
  • Discussion.
  • Conclusion.

Alternative structures may be accepted where appropriate for humanities and theoretical research.

References

All references must be complete, accurate, and consistently formatted.


Formatting Requirements

Authors should prepare manuscripts using:

  • Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx).
  • Times New Roman, 12-point font.
  • 1.5 line spacing.
  • Standard page margins.
  • Continuous page numbering.

Tables and figures should be embedded within the manuscript near their first citation.


Citation and Referencing Style

The journal recommends the use of the latest edition of the APA referencing style unless otherwise specified by the Editorial Board.

Authors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all citations and references.


Figures and Tables

Figures, tables, and illustrations must:

  • Be clearly labeled and numbered.
  • Include descriptive titles and captions.
  • Be cited within the manuscript text.
  • Be original or accompanied by appropriate permissions.

Any AI-assisted creation of figures, images, charts, or visual materials must be disclosed.


Plagiarism and Research Integrity

All submissions may be screened using plagiarism-detection software prior to peer review.

The journal maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward:

  • Plagiarism.
  • Self-plagiarism.
  • Data fabrication.
  • Data falsification.
  • Duplicate publication.
  • Citation manipulation.
  • Misrepresentation of authorship.

Manuscripts found to violate these standards may be rejected or retracted.


Peer Review

All submissions undergo:

  1. Initial editorial screening.
  2. Double-blind peer review by independent experts.
  3. Editorial evaluation and final decision.

Authors may be requested to revise their manuscripts before final acceptance.


Language of Publication

The journal accepts manuscripts in:

  • Arabic.
