The Universal Journal of Future Intelligence: Innovations and Artificial Intelligence (UJFIIAI) welcomes original scholarly contributions that advance knowledge, innovation, and practical applications in artificial intelligence, machine learning, intelligent systems, data science, robotics, digital transformation, and emerging technologies.
The journal encourages interdisciplinary research that contributes to the responsible development and application of future intelligence technologies for societal, economic, educational, and industrial advancement.
Manuscript Submission
Submitted manuscripts must:
- Represent original and unpublished work.
- Not be under consideration by another journal or publisher.
- Be written in clear and professional academic language.
- Fall within the journal’s aims and scope.
- Comply with ethical publishing and research integrity standards.
Authors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy, originality, and integrity of all submitted materials.
Submission of a manuscript indicates that all listed authors have approved the manuscript and agree with its submission to the journal.

Artificial Intelligence Disclosure
UJFIIAI supports the transparent and responsible use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in research and manuscript preparation.
Authors must disclose any use of AI technologies, including:
- Text generation or language editing.
- Data analysis and interpretation.
- Machine learning model development.
- Coding assistance.
- Statistical analysis.
- Image, figure, or visualization generation.
- Research assistance and information organization.
A clear AI Disclosure Statement must be included in the manuscript when AI tools have been used.
AI systems cannot be listed as authors. Human authors remain fully responsible for all submitted content.
Manuscript Structure
Submitted manuscripts should normally contain the following sections:
Title Page
- Full title of the manuscript.
- Author(s) name(s).
- Institutional affiliation(s).
- ORCID identifier(s) (where available).
- Corresponding author information.
Abstract
- Between 150 and 250 words.
- Clearly summarize the objectives, methodology, findings, and significance of the study.
Keywords
- Three to six keywords relevant to the manuscript.
Main Text
The manuscript should generally include:
- Introduction.
- Literature Review.
- Methodology.
- Results.
- Discussion.
- Conclusion.
Alternative structures may be accepted for theoretical or technical contributions where appropriate.
References
References must be complete, accurate, and consistently formatted.
Reproducibility and Transparency
Authors are encouraged to promote transparency and reproducibility by:
- Providing sufficient methodological details.
- Clearly describing algorithms, models, and experimental procedures.
- Reporting datasets, software tools, and evaluation methods used.
- Sharing data and code where legally, ethically, and technically feasible.
Any limitations affecting reproducibility should be clearly disclosed.
Data Availability Statement
Where applicable, authors should include a Data Availability Statement indicating:
- Whether data are publicly available.
- How datasets can be accessed.
- Any restrictions on data availability.
The journal encourages responsible data-sharing practices that support verification and replication of research findings.
Formatting Requirements
Authors should prepare manuscripts using:
- Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx).
- Times New Roman, 12-point font.
- 1.5 line spacing.
- Standard page margins.
- Continuous page numbering.
Tables and figures should be embedded within the manuscript near their first citation.
Citation and Referencing Style
The journal recommends the use of the latest edition of the APA referencing style unless otherwise specified by the Editorial Board.
Authors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all citations and references.
Figures and Tables
Figures, tables, and illustrations must:
- Be clearly labeled and numbered.
- Include descriptive titles and captions.
- Be cited within the manuscript text.
- Be original or accompanied by appropriate permissions.
Any AI-assisted generation of visual materials must be explicitly disclosed.
Plagiarism and Research Integrity
All submissions may be screened using plagiarism-detection software and research integrity assessment tools before peer review.
The journal maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward:
- Plagiarism.
- Self-plagiarism.
- Data fabrication.
- Data falsification.
- Duplicate publication.
- Citation manipulation.
- Misrepresentation of authorship.
- Undisclosed AI-generated content.
Manuscripts found to violate these standards may be rejected or retracted.
Peer Review
All submissions undergo:
- Initial editorial screening.
- Double-blind peer review by independent experts.
