The International Journal of Digital Accounting and Fintech Sustainability (IJDAFS) is committed to promoting the dissemination of high-quality scholarly research while maintaining transparency regarding publication costs and editorial procedures.
Article Processing Charges (APC)
IJDAFS does not charge any fees for:
- Manuscript submission.
- Initial editorial assessment.
- Peer review.
- Editorial processing.
- Online publication.
- Access to published articles.
Authors may submit manuscripts and publish accepted articles free of charge.
No Hidden Charges
The journal does not impose any hidden or additional fees at any stage of the publication process.
Authors will be informed in advance of any future changes to publication charges through official announcements published on the journal’s website.
Equal Treatment of Submissions
The absence or payment of publication fees has no influence on editorial decisions.
All submitted manuscripts are evaluated solely on the basis of:
- Academic quality.
- Originality.
- Scientific contribution.
- Relevance to the journal’s aims and scope.
- Compliance with ethical and publication standards.
Editorial decisions are made independently of any financial considerations.
Future APC Policy
Should Article Processing Charges (APCs) be introduced in the future to support journal operations, digital preservation, indexing, and publishing services, the applicable fees and payment procedures will be clearly stated on the journal’s website before implementation.
Any future APC policy will be applied transparently and consistently to all authors.
Waiver and Discount Policy
If publication fees are introduced in the future, the journal may consider partial or full fee waivers for:
- Authors from low-income or developing countries.
- Early-career researchers.
- Exceptional scholarly contributions.
- Special circumstances approved by the Editorial Board.
Requests for waivers will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
